This is a private channel for concerns, suggestions, ideas, and anything else you want leadership to hear. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need to give your name.
What we record
- No sign-in. This page is not part of the Hub or Microsoft 365. Opening it doesn't tell us who you are. You can complete this form at the library, in a private tab, or on a device that has nothing to do with work — we have no way of telling the difference.
- No email address — not even if you ask for a reply.
- No IP address, no device details, no cookies that track you.
- No exact time. We store the date and roughly what part of the day it was (morning, afternoon, evening).
- We do record what you type, and whichever of the optional tags you choose to fill in. That's the whole record.
Everything you send goes to one reviewer: Gina Falcone in HR, who reads it, responds where she can, and passes it on where it needs to go. If your message is about HR itself, there's a prompt you can select to send it to Adam Mangana, our CEO, instead — in that case HR will not see it unless you tell us you'd like it shared with them.
